Is Listing of Ripple XRP and Zcash to Coinbase Closer to Happen?
Editorial Team

The continuing speculation surrounding Ripple XRP and Coinbase today gained some evidence behind the allegation. According to recent news reports, it seems that Ripple XRP and Zcash could be the next two cryptocurrencies to be listed on the Coinbase.

It is obvious that a listing for any currency on Coinbase exchange is good news. For Ripple XRP does simply means that the price of the token will be skyrocketed. Likewise, such a listing would be brilliant news for Zcash too.

Cryptodaily.com has recently reported that Brian Armstrong, the CEO of Coinbase has set up a new cryptocurrency charity donation platform called Givecrypto.org. Through this, users can donate crypto coins to those in financial crisis. The currencies accepted by the platform are the following:

  • Bitcoin
  • Bitcoin Cash
  • Ethereum
  • Litecoin
  • Ripple XRP
  • Zcash

As you know, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin are listed on Coinbase. However, Ripple XRP and Zcash are not. By accepting these two currencies on the Givecrypto.org, Armstrong has acknowledged not only their popularity but also his belief in them. Even if Armstrong believed that Ripple ZRP and Zcash owners were more likely to donate, his move surely reveals his intentions. He has added them to the project and it’s a matter of time before he adds them to his other project too. The time will show for sure.

According to the report of cryptodaily.com, if the two companies become integrated, at least at a background level, this is a notion that further points the next listing on Coinbase towards Ripple XRP and Zcash. Let’s put it another way, if Armstrong wants to donate Ripple XRP and Zcash, he wants them to buy it too. He owns one of the biggest crypto exchanges worldwide and therefore can only want his Givecrypto.org customers to purchase it from him.
